1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Drive Your Dream Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. MST on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. MST on December 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Drive Your Dream’s database will serve as the official timekeeping system for this promotion.

2. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Drive Your Dream, located at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 (the “Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are licensed drivers and at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Drive Your Dream, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

5. HOW TO ENTER

(A) Online Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may receive entries by purchasing eligible products at driveyourdream.org.
The number of entries received varies depending on the item purchased and current promotions at the time of purchase.

Purchases are not required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not improve your odds of winning.

(B) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each mail-in entry must be handwritten, legible, and submitted individually. Entries must be postmarked by December 30, 2025, and received by January 5, 2026.
Bulk mailings or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

6. RANDOM DRAWING

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Drive Your Dream from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. PRIZE

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Weissach Package and $100,000 cash (combined estimated value up to $500,000 USD).

Winner must take delivery of the vehicle at a location designated by Drive Your Dream within 30 days of being notified. Vehicle is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

Winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, licensing, insurance, and any other costs associated with taking possession of the prize.

No prize substitution or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Sponsor will not request credit card or payment information from winners to claim a prize. Any such request is fraudulent.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Drive Your Dream and its affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or injury of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Drive Your Dream assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical malfunctions.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Drive Your Dream to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Drive Your Dream reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Entries generated by automated means or by any means that subvert the entry process are void.

12. DISPUTES

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entrants agree that all disputes must be resolved individually, without resort to class actions, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
